LMC was (and still is) growing fast and they wanted to look as big as they aimed to be with a brand that was independent of their parent company, Lennar. My team at Butchershop gave LMC a fresh, fun brand that set them apart from not only their competitors, but their parent company, Lennar, as well. The brand focused on all the amazing reasons to rent a home instead of buying one — and let’s be honest, there’s a lot.
Their new brand allowed them to develop a strong relationship with their investors, potential residents, and potential employees.
